E.P.A. TO TEST CHEMICALS ON ORPHANS AND ABUSED CHILDREN
You might think orphans and abused children have enough problems without the government using them as guinea pigs for weird new chemicals, but....
Once upon a time there was a government agency called the Environmental Protection Agency, whose mission was to Protect the Environment. Not unreasonably, when the Republicans regained the White House in 2001, they realized the Agency was misnamed because its real mission should have been the Environmental Profit Agency. Therefore, they kept its initials and started changing its mission to allow profits no matter who was harmed be it food, fowl or even supposedly little harmless orphans. OCA:
1. Children who "cannot be reasonably consulted," such as those that are mentally handicapped or orphaned newborns may be tested on. With permission from the institution or guardian in charge of the individual, the child may be exposed to chemicals for the sake of research.
2. Parental consent forms are not necessary for testing on children who have been neglected or abused.
3. Chemical studies on any children outside of the U.S. are acceptable... [*]
The important thing after all is that those nasty little children should not have parents who can vote or write to their Congresscritters.
