WASHINGTON - When the nation turns out to cast ballots in this fall's elections, the voting system will be in no better shape than it was in 2000, a panel of voting experts said Friday.

In fact it is worse for several reasons, including Florida style voter-roll scrubbing introduced in Red states as "Voting Reform" and paper-less touchscreens. We will have to win this election by a large margin or it will be stolen again.
