President Bush asked Congress to eliminate an $8.2 million research program on how to decontaminate buildings attacked by toxins - the same day a poison-laced letter shuttered Senate offices.... [*]
Bush is well known for cutting programs the day after photo-ops[*], but this is really nuts.
Either that or he's paying back Osama for his valued support [*]

This Standard Operating Procedure for the Bush administration. The Twin Towers were struck one day after Ashcroft cut the Justice Department's anti-terrorism budget.
All you have to do is look at the programs Bush et al. cut and there is your next terrorist attack.
