The head of the United States army has said that the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan have provided a "tremendous focus" for the military.
General Peter Schoomaker said in an interview with AP news agency that the wars had allowed the army to instil its soldiers with a "warrior ethos"...[*]
Which will be very useful when they come home and try to fit into society.

Law enforcement guru's everywhere are salivating at the thought of hiring a "new generation" of police already trained in "controlling" people.
Yes, this "warrior ethic" will prove useful when we find that elections have been suspended due to an "elevated" threat level.
